b9999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use b9999 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. b9999 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a real, natural person. Corporate accounts, bots, and automated registrations are not permitted on b9999.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number at registration. This number will be used for account verification and withdrawal processing.
• You must provide accurate personal details including your full name as it appears on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other valid Pakistani government-issued identification.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended b9999 account. Each player is permitted one account only.

b9999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Registration is not a guarantee of the right to use the platform.

03Account Rules

Every player on b9999 is responsible for their own account. The following rules apply to all accounts on b9999:

• One Account Per Player: Each player may hold exactly one b9999 account. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, to circumvent limits, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your b9999 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. b9999 will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact b9999 support immediately.
• Account Currency: All b9999 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to hold another currency on the platform. All displayed balances, bets, and winnings are in PKR.
• Account Accuracy: You must keep your registered mobile number and payment details current. b9999 cannot be held responsible for failed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.
• No Account Transfers: b9999 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account under any circumstances.
• Dormant Accounts: An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. b9999 may deduct a monthly maintenance fee from dormant account balances. Players will be notified by SMS before any deduction is applied.

04Deposits & Payments

b9999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods:

• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit on b9999 is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for most players; however, b9999 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual accounts where unusual patterns are detected. No deposit fees are charged by b9999. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside b9999's control.

All deposits must come from a payment account held in the same name as your b9999 account. Deposits from third-party accounts or from accounts under a different name will be returned and may trigger an account review.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawing your b9999 balance is designed to be as straightforward as depositing. The following rules govern all withdrawals from b9999:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case b9999 will process to a verified alternative.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during business hours. VIP Gold and above members receive priority processing. VIP Diamond members receive instant withdrawals subject to verification.
• Before processing any withdrawal, b9999 may request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of your payment wallet. This is a one-time process for most accounts.
• Withdrawals of amounts earned from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7.
• b9999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while an account is under review. Players will be informed of the reason and expected timeline within 24 hours of any withdrawal being placed on hold.
• b9999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's own fee structure may apply.

06Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on b9999. Product-specific rules (cricket, esports, virtual sports, Ludo) are published in the relevant sections of the b9999 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at b9999's discretion. b9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without prior notice if there are grounds to suspect irregular activity, technical error, or obvious pricing error.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum single bet stake on b9999 is Rs 200 across all sports and games.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation notification and the bet appears in your bet history on b9999. Pending bets that are not confirmed are not valid.
• Odds Changes: Live in-play odds change constantly. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet are the odds that will be applied, provided the bet is accepted at that moment.
• Match Abandonment: If a cricket or esports match is officially abandoned or cancelled before a result can be determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your b9999 balance.
• Errors and Technical Issues: In the event of a technical fault on b9999's platform that results in incorrect odds being offered, b9999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. b9999 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players.
• Maximum Payout: b9999 may apply maximum payout limits on individual markets or products. These limits are displayed on the relevant market pages. No single bet payout will exceed Rs 1,00,00,000 unless separately agreed in writing with a VIP account manager.

07Bonuses & Promotions

b9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for Pakistani players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions around events such as PSL and Eid. The following general terms apply to all bonuses on b9999:

• Each bonus on b9999 is subject to its own specific terms published on the promotion page. Those specific terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses on b9999 carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x). You must wager the bonus amount multiplied by that figure before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Example: A Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 on b9999 count towards wagering requirements. Bets cashed out early count only the settled value, not the original stake.
• Bonuses are issued to accounts in good standing. Accounts under investigation or with a pending KYC review will not receive automatic bonus credits.
• b9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to your account. Once a bonus has been credited and wagering has begun, the offer will be honoured subject to these Terms.

08VIP Club Terms

The b9999 VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Every b9999 account is automatically enrolled at Bronze tier on registration. The following rules govern the VIP Club:

• VIP points are earned on every qualifying bet placed on b9999. The points rate per bet varies by product and is published in the VIP Club section of the platform.
• Tier upgrades are based on cumulative monthly VIP points. Thresholds for each tier are published in the VIP Club section of b9999.
• Tier downgrades can occur at the start of each calendar month if your previous month's points did not meet the threshold to maintain your current tier.
• VIP monthly bonuses are credited on the first business day of each calendar month to accounts that achieved the qualifying tier in the previous month.
• VIP rewards including cashback, bonuses, and enhanced withdrawal limits are subject to the general bonus terms in Section 7 unless the specific VIP tier benefit states otherwise (e.g., Diamond cash cashback with no wagering).
• b9999 reserves the right to modify the VIP Club structure, tier thresholds, and reward values with 30 days' notice to existing VIP members. Changes will be communicated via your registered mobile number.
• VIP status is non-transferable between accounts and is linked exclusively to your registered b9999 account.

09Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b9999. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited:

• Creating more than one b9999 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the b9999 platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit errors in pricing, bonus credits, or technical faults to generate artificial profit.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate match outcomes, game results, or betting markets on b9999.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or any tool designed to mask your real IP address or geographic location when accessing b9999.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity. b9999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Abusing b9999's customer support team. b9999 has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, threats, or abuse directed at support staff.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to use or operate your b9999 account.
• Accessing b9999 from any jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited by local law. You are responsible for determining whether your use of b9999 is lawful in your location.

10Account Suspension & Closure

b9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete age or identity verification when requested.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 9.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during a verification process.
• Chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player with their bank or payment provider without first contacting b9999 support.
• A request from a player to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy (Section 11).

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings from bonus play will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance may be returned to the player at b9999's discretion following a review period of up to 30 days.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting b9999 support at support@b9999.wine. Voluntary closures are processed within 24 hours and all real-money balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.

11Responsible Gaming

b9999 takes its responsibility to promote safe gambling seriously. We offer the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings on b9999. Limit increases take 7 days to activate; decreases are immediate.

• Scrape, frame, or mirror any part of the b9999 website or platform.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any b9999 software or application.

Unauthorised use of b9999 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

14Limitation of Liability

b9999 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of real-time data feeds. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• b9999 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• b9999 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages that prevent you from accessing the platform or placing bets.
• b9999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• b9999 does not guarantee the accuracy of odds, statistics, or score data displayed on the platform. In the event of a data error, b9999 will use its best efforts to settle bets based on officially confirmed results.

Nothing in these Terms limits b9999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

15Changes to These Terms

b9999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, b9999 will:
